CONTENT DISCOVERY
The interface needed to make different content categories easy to discover without making the homepage feel crowded.
Designing and developing a complete digital magazine experience from the interface to the code.
UI/UX × Development
The Daily Front is a digital magazine focused on practical insights across modern life, technology, pets and travel.
I designed and developed the website as a complete digital publishing experience. The project involved shaping the visual interface, organizing the content structure and building the implementation with Next.js, hosted on Vercel.
The final experience combines editorial content with a clean, structured interface designed to help visitors discover stories and move between categories easily.

The interface needed to make different content categories easy to discover without making the homepage feel crowded.
A digital magazine needs strong hierarchy so readers can quickly distinguish featured stories, categories and supporting content.
The experience needed to remain usable and visually consistent across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
The magazine moved to a new platform, so the design, URLs and existing posts had to carry over without breaking the experience.
Created a structured magazine-style homepage.
Organized content into clear category sections.
Built a consistent navigation and footer system.
Added search and content discovery patterns.
Designed dedicated service and contact experiences.
Optimized the interface for responsive layouts.
Defined the content structure, navigation and overall direction of the publication.
Established typography, spacing, visual hierarchy and reusable interface patterns.
Built the website structure, styling and interactive behavior with Next.js and deployed it on Vercel.
Iterated on responsiveness, navigation, content sections, metadata and overall usability.
The homepage was structured as an editorial entry point, allowing visitors to quickly scan trending content, categories and featured stories.

Content was divided into focused categories so the publication could grow while maintaining a predictable navigation structure.

This project was not only a design exercise. I also developed the website implementation myself.
Building with Next.js and deploying on Vercel gave me control over the page layouts, styling, navigation, content sections and responsive behavior, along with a simple admin dashboard for publishing new posts.
This allowed me to approach the project as both a designer and developer — thinking about the visual experience while also considering how the interface actually works in the browser.

Complete custom implementation
Designing a publication is not only about making individual pages look good. The content structure has to work as a system.
Moving the magazine to Next.js and Vercel pushed me to think beyond visual design and understand the actual implementation behind the interface.
Building the entire project myself helped me connect design decisions with real development constraints.
